Wholesome Craft Resto Café ("we", "us", "our") operates wholesomecraft.life. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account & order data: name, email, phone number, delivery address, order items, order totals and payment reference.
Reservation data: name, phone, date, party size and occasion notes you submit through our reservation form.
Payment receipt data: when paying via Whish Money, the sender name, sender phone, amount, date and the receipt image or PDF you upload.
Technical data: device type, browser, IP address and pages visited (for security and analytics).

2. How we use your data

  • Fulfil your orders and reservations.
  • Verify Whish Money payments and prevent fraud.
  • Contact you about your order (WhatsApp, phone or email).
  • Improve the site, menu and customer experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the contract to serve you, our legitimate interest in running the restaurant, and your consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing).

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share limited data with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, database, analytics) and with delivery drivers only to the extent needed to fulfil your order. We may disclose data if required by Lebanese law.

5. Data retention

Orders and reservations are kept for up to 24 months for accounting and dispute resolution. Uploaded payment receipts are kept for the same period. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at +961 81 522 110 or via WhatsApp.

7. Security

Your data is stored on encrypted infrastructure and protected with row-level security. Card-network payments are not processed on this site; Whish Money transfers happen inside the Whish app on your device.
