Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of wholesomecraft.life and any orders or reservations placed through the site. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Menu & prices

Menu items, availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are shown in US Dollars unless indicated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

2. Orders

Your order is a request to purchase. It becomes binding only once our team confirms preparation. Order totals are recalculated on our server from the current menu; the confirmed total may differ from a stale price shown in your browser.

3. Whish Money payments

When paying by Whish Money, you must transfer the exact total shown at checkout and upload a clear receipt. Orders with a mismatched or unreadable receipt will remain in "amount mismatch" or "pending verification" status until we can confirm the payment. We may cancel an unverified order.

4. Reservations

Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booked time. Please contact us on WhatsApp if you are running late.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Orders that have not yet entered preparation can be cancelled by contacting us on WhatsApp; Whish Money transfers will be refunded via Whish. Once food is being prepared, cancellations are at our discretion.

6. Allergens

Please review our Allergen Information and inform us of any allergies before ordering. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame and seafood.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, menu, branding — is owned by Wholesome Craft or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Tripoli.
